  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
